| Elco is an associate in the Industrial Relations Department. During the course of his studies towards his LLB degree, Elco was employed by the e’Thekwini Municipality and was an elected Shopsteward of the Independent Municipal and Allied Trade Union (IMATU). He completed his articles at the labour firm, Shanta Reddy Attorneys. He has extensive experience in dealing with labour disputes in the context of the Union environment. He represents clients in Bargaining Councils, CCMA, internal disciplinary hearings and also appears in Labour Court. Elco was appointed as one of the Directors of the firm on the 1st of November 2011. |
