| Jessica completed her LLB at Rhodes University (Grahamstown) in 2007. She served the first part of her articles with Lister and Lister attorneys in their litigation department and has experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She is currently completing the balance of her articles with Tomlinson Mnguni James. Jessica has a keen interest in labour law and forms part of the Labour and Employment law team which deals with matters in a number of forums such as the CCMA, various Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. She has a particular interest in the substantive and procedural dynamics involved in dismissals and the legal ramifications for non-compliance with same. |
