| Oliver is the Chairman of the practice, and has been practising as an attorney, notary and conveyancer since 1967. Oliver obtained his BA LLB degrees from the University of Natal, and is the quintessential all-rounder, utilising his skills and experience in the Magistrate’s and High Courts, as well as in the Conveyancing Department, where he provides guidance in sales and transfers of residential, agricultural and commercial property. As a commercial attorney, Oliver's specialisations include shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, share and business sale agreements, partnership agreements, commercial leases, and business and family trusts. |
