| Ravesh joined Tomlinson Mnguni James (Shepstone & Wylie Tomlinsons, as it was then known), in 1995, as a Deeds Office search clerk, whilst studying towards a B.Proc degree part time at the University of Natal. He later served his articles of clerkship with the firm, and in 2002 was admitted as an attorney. In 2003 he was admitted as a conveyancer. He has gained valuable experience in deed searches at the office of the Registrar of Deeds and the office of the Surveyor General. Sectional title, conventional, mineral rights and servitudes are some of the fields of research conducted. He is currently a Director in the Conveyancing Department, dealing directly on a daily basis with the office of the Registrar of Deeds and running the firm’s substantial Agency Conveyancing Practice. |
