| Rishaal is an LLB graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg. After completing his articles of clerkship, he joined the firm TMJ as a professional assistant in 2008, practising in the litigation department. He attends to civil matters and specialises in litigation arising from motor vehicle collisions. He also has experience in collections and general litigation. Rishaal has a keen interest in environmental law, having read for an LLM degree in the field. He has successfully completed the course work component, and on submission of a dissertation will be awarded the qualification. |
