Venesen completed his LLB degree at the then University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg and subsequently attained a Post Graduate Certificate in Labour Law at the University of KwaZulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg. He commenced articles of clerkship at Mason Incorporated in Pietermaritzburg and stayed on as a junior attorney for 3 years. Venesen specialized in civil litigation in both the High Court and Magistrates Court and thereafter, worked at Lynn & Main Incorporated in Pietermaritzburg and specialized in bank debt recovery. He joined our litigation department in August, specializing in Road Accident Fund claims. He has a keen interest in all areas of civil litigation as well as commercial law. Venesen was appointed as an Associate on the 1st of November 2011.
